Social Groups

Social communication groups are small groups of children, adolescents and young people aimed at training in social communication skills and ensuring a first, immediate and available social context for children who face isolation and loneliness due to neurodevelopmental and emotional difficulties.

Definition

Our groups include people of all ages and difficulties related to either the existence of a clear neurodevelopmental disorder or emotional difficulty.

The educational framework is “built” around play, while the main goal is to form strong motivation and develop a relationship of trust.

Family & Therapy

The cooperation of parents and therapists is a basic prerequisite for the education of children. For this reason, individual and group parent briefings are systematically organized, aimed at exchanging information, understanding the needs of children and the goal setting of the programs.

The unconditional acceptance of children and ensuring a climate of safety and care while providing high-quality services is the main concern of the therapeutic team.
